The ABC Chapter of North Dakota and Minnesota is hosting a seminar in Bismarck, North Dakota, at the North Dakota Safety Council offices to discuss payment remedies for North Dakota and Minnesota contractors on public and private construction projects as well as how to handle OSHA inspections and defend OSHA Citations. The legal seminar will run from 1:00-4:00 CST. Non-ABC members welcome to attend, bring your contractor friends!
