Join us for our annual ABC Minnesota Legislative Day at the Capitol&amp;nbsp;on March 12th&amp;nbsp;to meet with your legislators and fellow contractors to share how legislation&amp;nbsp;being debated in St. Paul will have a dramatic impact on your businesses, employees, community, and state.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;- Meetings with your&amp;nbsp;local senator and representative. This is your chance to meet one-on-one with your legislators, tell them about your company and current projects, and explain how legislation in St. Paul directly affects the merit shop construction industry. ABC staff will schedule the meetings and provide you with details on when and where the meetings will take place - either at the State Capitol, Minnesota Senate&amp;nbsp;Office Building, or Centennial Office Building.&lt;br /&gt;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;We return to the Radisson Hotel St. Paul Downtown for lunch and a Q&amp;amp;A with candidates for governor and other&amp;nbsp;key lawmakers from the House and Senate.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;If you have attended our Day at the Capitol in the past, sign up again and encourage a&amp;nbsp;co-worker&amp;nbsp;or family member to&amp;nbsp;join us as well. Successful completion of this course provides the training component needed for the&amp;nbsp;competent&amp;nbsp;person&amp;nbsp;role; however, the employer is ultimately responsible for designating and deeming an individual as a&amp;nbsp;competent&amp;nbsp;person&amp;nbsp;based on their qualifications and job responsibilities. Participants will also learn how to conduct daily inspections, supervise crews, and take corrective actions to maintain compliance and protect workers. Of course we will TVs with the Sweet 16, but will also have&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;17 bays for golf, food and drinks! Take a break from the office or jobsite and join us for a day of golf and networking.
