</description><link>https://web.mnabc.com/events/eventdetail.aspx?EventID=3008</link><pubDate>Wed, 08 May 2024 15:48:59 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>NCCER Virtual Certification - 08/2024 8/1/2024  - 8/30/2024 </title><description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;In these&amp;nbsp;courses, you will learn the history of NCCER and how the curriculum was developed, become certified to train, evaluate, or proctor&amp;nbsp;in the craft(s) that you have significant level of experience (i.e. journey-level of experience or greater, 4+ years), ensure that you are using the proper evaluation techniques for your training program and improve upon the ones currently in place, learn the skills needed to successfully manage a training program before, during and after the class, determine what makes a good communicator, a good leader and how to incorporate those qualities into your classroom.&amp;nbsp; Note: Proctor certification does not require 4+ years of experience in the trade/craft for which you will proctor exams.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;Depending on which certification you will be earning, these courses may consist of as many as two live-online six-hour sessions, one live-online three-hour session, and four self-guided modules.&amp;nbsp; All sessions are accessed through the NCCER LMS.&amp;nbsp; If you have trouble accessing any of the sessions, please contact ABC&amp;#39;s Tom Kennedy at tom.kennedy@mnabc.com or 952-208-4935&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
